Working Student Customer Success – Enterprise Support (m/f/d)

Remote, Köln
Part-time
Intern / Student

Your mission

  • First point of contact: You are the voice of foodforecast for our largest customers. You resolve most tickets yourself - quickly, accurately and in a tone that suits enterprise clients.
  • Detective work: You ask the right questions, narrow down issues and solve them. When a case is bigger, you hand it over to Customer Success or Product so well prepared that no one needs to follow up.
  • Reliability: You meet our response times and document every case so the team can pick it up seamlessly.
  • Impact beyond the ticket: You spot patterns in customer requests and turn them into text templates, help articles and product ideas that go straight to our product team.

  • You want to know why something isn’t working - and you stick with it until you find out.
  • You keep track of several open tickets at once and stay calm with demanding customers.
  • You enjoy getting to grips with new software and take initiative.

About us

We are a tech start-up from Cologne that uses artificial intelligence (AI) to reduce food waste along the supply chain. Our AI analyzes historical sales data from a wide range of sectors - from bakeries to supermarkets and restaurants - and combines this with external influencing factors such as weather, public holidays and special location features. This results in precise, up-to-date forecasts for production and orders, which can be integrated fully automatically into existing systems. This not only makes planning more efficient, but also optimizes the use of goods - so that less food ends up in the garbage can.
